Introducing the Kentico AI email writer
Marketers often create newsletters promoting new products, events and articles on their websites. But for 53% of them, changing content format is the primary barrier to maintaining sufficient posting cadence. This number is likely to drop now because Xperience by Kentico introduces an AI email writer—an AI assistant who can generate emails from existing content.
Newsletter creation is a regular activity, and the output is clearly defined content format. It’s an opportunity for us to incorporate AI to make marketer’s work more efficient.
Kentico’s AI functionality works with Azure Open AI to analyze the selected content and extract all the relevant information. Based on that, AI drafts a new email considering preferences like tone of voice, CTA, and target audience description.

One of our aims is to use AI to help editors with omnichannel content management.
